Our collaboration included the plan for Mr Robin & Co to specify and acquire the best possible equipment to organise its installation then follow up to train supervisors, operators & mechanics to an acceptable standard of proficiency.
This project proved an outstanding success coming in on time and on budget . The plant was later trebled in size to become a highly automated factory for which Mr Robin & Co were retained on an extended consultancy basis

Solution
To cope with the anticipated increase in demand for garment pressing and processing ACS brought in Mr Robin & Co who introduced the company to to concept of integrated machinery. Creating teams rather than just individuals .
The market leader in automated machinery is the Italian “Macpi Group“ who supplied state of the art equipment through Mr Robin & Co which was installed and supported by a training package for operators supervisors & mechanics.
As production demands increased, the Macpi machinery proved an excellent return on investment. Enabling the business to substantially increase its market share whilst not increasing its labour costs. Simultaneously the modern machinery enabled the company to provide improved and consistent quality .
